Vincent Sweeney
Vincent is a former Managing Partner of two divisions
in Deloitte Australia and has 25 years experience
working with Boards of Directors. Vincent has worked
with companies on stakeholder reporting, equity capital
raising, management/director remuneration and accounting
matters. He is Chairman of Corporate Governance Australia.
Danny Herceg
Danny is a Lawyer who has 12 years experience with
Freehills and subsequently as a Partner in Gilbert
+ Tobin. His expertise includes working with Boards
of Directors in the areas of equity capital markets,
corporate governance and general commercial law. Danny
has given numerous talks on corporate governance and
directors duties and advised many listed companies
on board composition and corporate governance practices
in the lead up to equity issues.
John Shanahan
John is one of Australias leading accounting
specialists and is frequently used by ASIC as an expert
on accounting matters. He is co-author of several
books on accounting standards and a frequent speaker
on financial reporting matters including harmonisation
with International Accounting Standards and its impact
on corporations.
Louise Southwell
Louise is our project manager. She co-ordinates the
progress of deliverables to our clients. She has extensive
corporate experience working with senior executives
and managing projects.
Sally Moodie
Sally has extensive experience in the financial services
industry, having worked with both NAB and CBA in areas
including lending, treasury and risk management. A
qualified Psychologist, she brings these combined
skills to working with committees of Boards.
Peter Bryant
Peter has worked in a variety of corporate and professional
firms including financial services firms. He guides
our best-practice research programme and co-ordinates
our client publications and external speaking programme.

Henry Bosch
AO
Mr Bosch AO is the former Chairman of the NCSC (the
forerunner of ASIC) and was Chairman of the Working
Group on Corporate Practices and Conduct. Since 1972,
he has served on over thirty boards of companies in
the corporate and government sectors. Henry has advised
many boards, has written and spoken extensively on
aspects of corporate governance and runs AICD courses.
Bernie Fraser
Mr Fraser is the former Governor of the Reserve Bank
in Australia. With a long and distinguished career
in financial circles, he brings a disciplined approach
to the complexities affecting financial services industries.
Bernie is presently Chairman of and a Director of
a number of major Industry Superannuation Funds and
brings insights into the expectations of fund investors.
John Kehoe
Mr Kehoe is a lawyer with 30 years experience, most
of it as a Partner with Corrs and its antecedent firms.
John specialises in working with boards of corporations,
primarily in general commercial advice and corporate
governance matters. John is a director of both public
and private sector corporations.
Wendy McCarthy
AO
Ms McCarthy AO is an experienced businesswoman being
on the Boards of an eclectic portfolio of public and
private sector corporations. She has published many
books and written numerous articles on various aspects
of Australian life and business. Wendy works with
corporations, government and individuals on executive
leadership for women, social and cultural change and
corporate governance. In 1989 she was appointed an
Officer of the Order of Australia.
